Very Good & Clean Hotel... Value For Money 9/10

I recently had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont Mumbai and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The hotel is elegant, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with attentive service and a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were lovely, the overall ambience was excellent, and the staff made the stay feel special. It’s a great property and I would be happy to stay here again. One small area for improvement would be managing access to the lobby during VIP visits. During my stay, there were quite a few non-hotel patrons gathered in the lobby for a VIP visit, which made the area feel unusually crowded and somewhat disrupted the otherwise calm and premium atmosphere. It may be worth considering restricting access to hotel guests during such occasions, or alternatively providing hotel patrons with preferential access and a more seamless experience. Also honourable mention to the servers at the in-house “the merchant “ restaurant whose servers were very attentive and accommodating. Overall, though, I had a very positive experience and would certainly recommend Fairmont Mumbai for its hospitality, ambience, and service.

We had a wonderful stay at The Leela Mumbai. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and the staff were exceptionally warm, attentive, and customer-friendly. We were also delighted to receive an upgrade to a pool-view room, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was a highlight—the Sous Chef, Mr. Vishwajit Chavan, and the restaurant manager personally came over to greet us, and the chef kindly prepared a few special dishes for us, including delicious moong daal halwa. That personal touch made the experience especially memorable. Excellent hospitality throughout, and we would happily stay here again.
